Charleston Hockey Classic
WorldVest is proud to announce the Charleston Hockey Classic will he held on April 18-20th, 2025 for the Easter Brawl and April 25-27th, 2025 and hosted at the Carolina Ice Palace located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Last year was a smashing hit and the excitement has grown the number of team and divisions are expanded and WorldVest is again hosting all players to a weekend of hockey, golf and other beer drinking activities
There is absolutely nothing like the sound of hockey sticks clashing against each other, guys chirping and laughing, pucks hitting the boards, and skates carving through the ice. If you grew up playing hockey, those senses likely bring back some of the best memories. We miss those memories, that is why we bring you the Charleston Hockey Classic Tournament. Hockey in its root form. Its in our hearts and blood...
We keep this tournament limited in size for one reason. We want to keep it the best tournament on the East Coast! Our goal is for each player to have the best possible experience at a non-crowded, energetic, and fun filled event. A tournament where you can hopefully get to know others and network, rekindle old friendships, and play in a stress free atmosphere with great experience. LOCATION
The tournament is located in the historic holy city of Charleston, SC and all games will be played at the Carolina Ice Palace located at 7665 Northwoods Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29406
GOLF SCRAMBLE
Every year to kick off the weekend tournament, WorldVest hosts a golf scramble at a local course where all players and family can sign up on a first come first serve basis. This sells out quickly!
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Unable to sneak away with out the family? That's okay! Bring 'em! Charleston has a ton of activities to do from Ghost Tours, Carriage Rides, water sports through, golf, and the best restaurants and hospitality in the country!
Tournament Divisions
Elite Open - you are the beer league king who played pro, junior, or college.
Senior A - you are a beer league king, just with a little more salt and pepper in that hair. (Over 30 A Division)
Senior B - you are a beer league king, just with a little more salt and pepper in that hair. (Over 40 B Division)
Gold - you are a stud who enjoys competitive hockey (B League)
Silver - you are out playing to have fun and drink beer with the boys, maybe played some college or youth hockey (C League)
Bronze - you are out playing to have fun, drink beers, maybe played some high school or youth hockey (D League)
Special Easter Draft - As part of the Charleston Hockey Classic on April 18-20th, 2025 (easter weekend) we will host an Charleston Easter Draft with possible other divisions added. More information to come. Individual players can sign up and be added to the draft.

Each team division is guaranteed 3 games (Friday and 2 Saturday) and the with top teams advancing to Championship Sunday (6+ teams divisions will play semi-finals and followed by championship game).

Tournament Costs
The team divisions are $1,450 per team.

Step 1 - Register
Register to reserve your team or spot in the draft using the button below. You will be requested to share your contact information and which division your team will play in. A payment is not required at this moment.

Step 2 - Response
A member from the tournament will reach out to request a deposit to secure your team's spot in the tournament. The balance can be paid anytime prior to the start of the tournament. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days from the day of the tournament.

Step 3 - Book Your Travel
Book your travels whether you are driving, flying, teleporting or taking a personal drone. You can always stay close to the Carolina Ice Palace where the tournament will take place or stay downtown or at a beach house on the Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, or Folly Beach.
